What We Do

More Than Programs — A Year of Inspiration

Member schools get more than access to professional learning experiences. They get a year-long plan to better understand and nurture teacher inspiration: a needs assessment, Inspiration Insights updates, inspiration-based feedback at every event, a mid-year check-in with the Academy president, and a year-end summary with recommendations.

01

Initial Needs Assessment

We start the year by learning about your school, your teachers, and what inspires them — so the year ahead is built around you.

02

Inspiration Insights Updates

Throughout the year, the Academy president and team share periodic Inspiration Insights updates drawn from our work with teachers across the city.

03

Inspiration-Based Feedback

At every professional learning event, your teachers receive unique inspiration-based feedback, grounded in the data behind our Inspiration Index.

04

Mid-Year Check-In

Halfway through the year, the Academy president checks in with your school to see what’s working and where we can go deeper.

05

Year-End Summary & Recommendations

We close the year with a summary of what we observed and recommendations for nurturing teacher inspiration in the year ahead.

How We Work

Introducing: School Memberships

We offer a wide array of engaging and elevated professional learning experiences for teachers. Partnering with us is simple — here's how it works.

01

Choose a Membership

Select from our Gold, Platinum, or Diamond packages — each offering a set of credits redeemable across dozens of programs throughout the year.

02

Submit the Commitment Form

Complete our simple online commitment form. No payment is due now — we will invoice your school in August or September.

03

Name Your Point of Contact

Designate one person at your school to liaise with the Academy. They'll help coordinate teacher registrations and keep things running smoothly.

04

We Take it From There

The Academy handles the rest — programming, communications, and impact reporting. Your teachers simply show up and get inspired.
